Cancellations and refunds

Paid billing is not enabled during the controlled beta, so TaxReady is not currently collecting subscription payments.

When paid subscriptions begin

• You will see the price, currency, taxes, renewal timing and introductory period before confirming payment.
• You may cancel future renewal from the billing page. Access continues through the period already paid for.
• A cancellation does not delete the books. Reports, exports and backups remain available through the access period shown.
• If TaxReady charges you incorrectly or a duplicate charge occurs, contact us and we will correct it.
• Other completed subscription periods are normally non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise.
