What to include

• The page or feature you were using.
• What happened and what you expected.
• Any error reference shown by TaxReady.

Do not email passwords, online-banking credentials, full bank statements, social insurance numbers or government portal credentials.

Privacy or security

Use the same address and put “Privacy” or “Security” in the subject. Urgent security reports should explain the impact without including another organization’s data.
